How to turn off Instagram auto-refresh on Android and iOS devices

Facebook-owned photo and video sharing platform Instagram comes with an automatic feed refresh feature to keep the entire feed posts updated with the latest ones.

However, the feature can be quite annoying at times. The most annoying part of the auto-refresh feature is that it always takes users back to the top after navigating back to the homepage from other sections of the
app. This mostly causes users to scroll down to find where they were earlier in the never-ending feed.

So, if you are also facing such issues, then Instagram has the option to turn it off once and for all.

Follow our step-by-step guide to turn off the auto-refresh feature on Instagram
